CHS is Bermuda’s newest small guest property conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre of Hamilton - ideal for business travellers who want easy access to the city or leisure guests who want to be well connected to all that the city has to offer.
CHS offers two types of accommodation - Suites (think one-bedroom apartment) or Studio (think one-room apartment). The spaces have been designed in such a manner that they feel lived-in, like an apartment loft kind of vibe, though much nicer. You will love our bright high ceilings and windows providing sunny views. If you want to explore the city like a local, this is the ideal place for you.
Black Watch Pass Suite
Escape to a contemporary one-bedroom Suite providing a comprehensive home-away-from home for the business or leisure traveller. This spacious suite is designed with distinct areas for work, rest and relaxation and features high speed wireless internet access. The modern décor reflects the comforts of home, with lots of space, light and rugs for a touch of warmth.
Our one bedroom Suite features cozy living areas, dedicated work areas, and a full kitchen. Recline in your comfy bed in the bedroom, work on that last submission, relax in the spacious sitting room or whip up a simple meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Named for the iconic Black Watch Pass in the city of Hamilton, this 700 square foot suite with its soaring barrel vaulted stairwell ceiling includes a sitting room, bedroom, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and full kitchen. Black Watch Pass is a roadway which was constructed in the 1930’s by cutting through and removing 2.5 million cubic feet of limestone in order to connect the city of Hamilton with the North Shore.

Spanish Point Suite
Our one-bedroom Spanish Point Suite boasts a modern, contemporary design which is residential in feel and scale but with all the comforts of a traditional hotel room. Equipped with all you need for an extended stay, you will have space for work or play.
This suite can be combined with our studio providing the ideal solution for family stays.
At just under 400 square feet, our one bedroom Suite is bright with high ceilings. Named for Spanish Point, this suite features high speed wireless internet access, a fully functional induction kitchen, flat screen TV, in-suite safe, designer lighting, modern furniture, and many other amenities. Spanish Point is an area of land to the North West of Hamilton founded by the shipwrecked Spanish sailor Ramirez in 1603.
It is home to the wreck of the Great Floating Dock HMS Bermuda which was once the largest iron dock in the world. Built in England in the late 1800’s, the dock was towed to Bermuda to clean ships of the West Indian squadron. It was later sold for scrap, partially dismantled and blew into one of the bays at Spanish Point in the early 1900’s during a storm where it remains today.

Fort Hamilton Studio
If you love the coziness of a space to call your own - our Fort Hamilton Studio provides the perfect option. Exuding a clean, modern aesthetic, this Studio provides all the splendid amenities and contemporary comfort of our one Bedroom Suites but with a smaller footprint. This studio can be combined with our Spanish Point Suite providing the ideal solution for family stays.
At 300 square feet, Fort Hamilton Studio has an open layout, is thoughtfully designed and equipped with many modern amenities. Named for Fort Hamilton which is consistently voted Bermuda’s best kept fort as well as Bermuda’s top free attraction, our Fort Hamilton Studio features wider entrance doors, 5ft turn spaces, approved slope gradient, handrails, flush bathroom flooring, height adjusted toilet, open plan bathroom and other accommodating features.
Built in the late 1880’s to defend the city of Hamilton from the threat of attack from the Americans, who were at the time threatening Canada, Fort Hamilton has been splendidly maintained with permanent stone buildings, ramparts, drawbridge, gun-emplacements and several subterranean galleries connected by long tunnels. The view from the ramparts is considered to be breathtaking, Instagram worthy and all within walking distance of the suite.

The Carriage House
This splendid contemporary one bedroom Suite is spacious with distinct areas for work, rest and relaxation. At over 600 square feet, the Carriage House includes a sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and furnished kitchenette as well as high speed wireless internet access, flat screen TVs, in-suite safe, modern lighting and furniture. With its exposed ceiling beams, the design of the Carriage House evokes the days when Bermuda’s major mode of transportation was the horse and carriage until the late 1930’s.
